2 lb honey

It's not written in stone that you must use equal portions honey and butter. This is just a guideline for gauging quantities to purchase. Most cooks vary the proportions by colour, which of course is affected also by the type and quality of your honey.
Suggestions
I've always been tempted to spice Honey Butter with some cinnamon or other sweet spice, but could never gather up the courage to mess with everyone's favourite spread.
