- Mix the ingredients. Spoon onto grilled lamb.

- So what’s harissa? Sometimes sold as a powder, more often found as a paste, harissa is Moroccan red pepper condiment. Use your favorite brand or formula. Or use some other red pepper: chipotle flake, aleppo, cayenne, even Louisiana hot sauce. It’s the pairing with the creamy yoghurt and acidic lemon juice that makes the dressing, not the particular hot spice.↩
