1 Tablespoon very seedy stone-ground mustard (see notes)
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons balsalmic vinegar

Method
- Mix all ingredients. Brush on both sides of 2 steaks and let marinate 30 minutes before grilling.

While Plochman's makes an excellent seedy stone-ground mustard, we prefer this with Inglehoffer's Original Stone Ground mustard.↩
