Making 80 servings

Multiply family serving size quantities by 10, so:

20 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
7 Tablespoons salt
nutmeg
1¼ gallons milk (20 cups)
40 eggs
2½ sticks melted butter
2½ lbs meat drippings or lard

Depending on your serving plans, use ten 13 x 9 inch pan or twenty 9 x 9 inch pans.
