Multiply family serving size quantities by 6, so:

¾ cup cider vinegar
6 oz finely chopped onions
1½ lb assorted greens
4½ lb seedless grapes, halved
3 lb chopped tomatoes or grape tomatoes, halved
3 lb of cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
just over 1 cup olive oil
6 oz shelled pistachios (about 14 oz unshelled pistachios)
