Making 100 servings
Multiply the quantities by 5, so:

2/3 lb butter
5 bottles of ale
12-13 lb cheddar
2/3 cup of Dijon mustard
2 dozen eggs
100 English muffins, halved and toasted
Special Instructions
- While theoretically you could make one large batch of this to serve a hundred guests, we always keep a single batch of 20 servings at the ready, round the clock. And it's eaten round the clock, too. Some have it for breakfast, some for lunch, some for tea, and many late at night. Short order Welsh rarebit. When that batch came close to running out, we'd start another. It's not feasting food, it's munchie food
